Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role involving regular interaction with customers
• Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more team members

Responsibilities

• Lead coffeehouse operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, store safety and security
• Coach and supervise team members, model excellent guest service, and uphold store policies
