Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a high‑performing team, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store standards. You will coach staff, manage tasks, and provide a welcoming environment for customers. The role requires reliable attendance, flexibility, and strong communication.

As part of the Starbucks team, you’ll contribute to a positive, inclusive store atmosphere and support daily store operations with a focus on customer experience and safety.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach food and beverages to standard recipes or customize as needed.
