If you have at least six months in a customer-facing role, excel in teamwork, and can work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, this is your role. We value craft, heart, and community in every shift.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays.
• Six months in a role requiring interaction with customers and meeting requests.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and uphold Starbucks standards.
• Prepare and customize beverages/food per standard recipes.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate duties of team members.
• Uphold store safety, cash handling and security policies.
