Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies including quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of front-line customer interaction experience.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer requests.
• At least six months in delegating tasks to two or more staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to deliver quality beverages and guest experience.
• Direct shift operations and coordinate tasks among team members.
• Ensure store policies, safety standards and cash handling are followed.
• Foster a warm, welcoming environment for customers and partners.
