Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes, including changes to temperature or ingredients.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver quality beverages and food to standard recipes and customer requests.
• Direct daily operations to ensure a welcoming Starbucks environment and smooth service.
