Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• 6 months in a customer-facing role.
• 6 months delegating tasks to 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct the work of team during shifts.
• Coach and support teammates to ensure great beverage and food quality.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
