Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a store team with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You’ll guide the team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth shift execution.

You will coordinate tasks, manage daily operations, and uphold store policies including cash handling and safety. The role rewards growth through extensive partner benefits and developmental opportunities.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes or substitutions.
