Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes, adapt with customer requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming.
• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks.
• Coach and develop partners to meet customer and store standards.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety compliance.
• Foster a warm, inclusive environment for the community.
