Caribou Coffee in Minnesota is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with brand standards and safety protocols.

The role requires 1–2 years in restaurant/retail management, a valid license, and full-time availability, with overtime as needed. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and P&L performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in restaurant/retail/guest service management.
• Must be 18+ years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work full-time (40–47 hours weekly) with overtime as needed.
• Willing to learn new systems and tools.
• Strong focus on brand standards and guest satisfaction.
