Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Field Service Technician for Coffee & Vending equipment to repair and recondition units at client sites. You’ll diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, install equipment, and assist customers in resolving questions or problems.

The role requires on-site service, strong communication, and the ability to manage preventive maintenance tasks and emergency service calls. Training will cover safety, proper installation, and documenting work via a mobile device.

Qualifications

• Repairing small electrical appliances knowledge.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must have acceptable driving record and a driver’s license.
• Willing to learn how to connect equipment to water sources and lines.

Responsibilities

• Call on customers to investigate and diagnose operating difficulties of equipment.
• Make repairs or adjustments to return equipment to working order.
• Clean and maintain equipment on location and exchange decanters.
• Document verification of calls, invoices, asset verification and required customer documentation.
• Repair and refurbish equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
• Accurately log work completed in the company mobile device.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to project a positive image of the company.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency calls, preventive maintenance, surveys and installations.
• Keep the service area and vehicle clean and organized; follow safety guidelines.
• Complete weekly Driver Report and follow Fleet Manual guidelines.
• Follow all safety standards and policies set by manufacturers and the company.
