Aramark is seeking a Field Service Technician for Coffee & Vending equipment in Tucson, AZ. You will diagnose, repair, and recondition equipment at customer sites, install new units, and ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are followed.

You will interact with customers to resolve questions and issues, document service activities, and maintain a clean vehicle and work area. A HS diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
• Willingness to learn how to connect equipment to water sources, add lines and drainage.
• Willingness to learn to work with copper, braided and PEX lines (6–12 months experience or training).
• Must read and write in English.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Physical requirements including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing; PPE may be required.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose equipment issues and determine corrective action.
• Repair or adjust equipment to restore operation.
• Clean and maintain equipment on site and replace parts as needed.
• Document service calls, invoices, asset verification, and customer paperwork.
• Repair and refurbish equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
• Accurately record work performed using company device.
• Maintain good relations with customers to project a positive image.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service, including emergencies and installations.
• Keep service area and vehicle clean and organized; follow safety guidelines.
