Job summary

Franke Coffee Systems, a division of Franke, seeks a Project Coordinator to support After Sales and Technical Training teams. You will assist customers and service providers with service parts orders, manage the service call queue, and help keep training programs running smoothly.

You’ll coordinate schedules, maintain rosters, and help with training setup and breakdown, ensuring milestones are met and communications stay clear across multiple teams. This hands-on role offers variety and impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in project coordination, customer support, or order management.
• Previous experience within a call center environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage assigned sales orders and projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Schedule surveys, equipment startups, installations, and other project activities with internal teams and customers.
• Track project and sales order progress, providing timely updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Support quoting, order processing, and distribution scheduling with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Maintain accurate project and order documentation including purchase orders, billing, and customer records.
• Facilitate product authorizations, shipping, returns, and related logistics as required.
• Serve as primary contact for customer and stakeholder inquiries via phone, email, or meetings.
