Job summary

Miscela d'Oro SPA is seeking a Coffee Technician to maintain, repair, and install commercial coffee equipment at customer sites in New Jersey. You will interpret schematics and electrical diagrams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment performs to peak standards.

You will communicate clearly with customers, document service activities, and provide maintenance guidance. Weekend on-call commitment is required, with independent field-work responsibilities and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Proven espresso/coffee machine troubleshooting experience in a field service setting.
• Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for commercial equipment.
• Experience with high and low voltage and use of a multimeter.
• Excellent customer service with ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to work independently in the field while handling multiple service calls efficiently.
• On-call weekend availability once every third week.

Responsibilities

• Utilize mechanical knowledge to resolve complex mechanical or electrical problems swiftly.
• Document all service activities in service logs and update customer records promptly.
• Communicate repairs and maintenance tips to customers to ensure satisfaction during each visit.
