Qualifications

• 1+ year installing, servicing, and maintaining large industrial appliances (coffee machines a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to maintain records and document service activity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary face-to-face representative of La Colombe while engaging with clients.
• Act as liaison between corporate office, client services, and clients for seamless support.
• Maintain accurate records related to machine support in SalesLogix and MAS systems.
