Responsibilities

• Oversee, validate, and track the training journey for staff across markets.
• Lead in-store and group orientations and barista final assessments.
• Provide area training support and assist with new product launches.
• Manage training compliance and accreditation velocity across platforms.
• Conduct quarterly product quality assessments for multiple stores and report insights.
