Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and supervise Brewista and Shift Lead staff.
• Maintain quick wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions.
• Create weekly shift schedules with labor cost considerations.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposits.
• Develop leaders and communicate directives from management.
• Safe operation and safety compliance in the drive-thru area.
• Address operational or cultural issues with team members.
