Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking a hands-on Manager for one of our Artesia stands. You will lead a diverse crew, drive location growth, ensure profitable operations, and preserve the brand’s culture, mission, and values.

You’ll coach and train staff, schedule shifts, handle admin duties, manage inventory, cash handling, and health compliance, while developing new leaders for future roles. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll optimize guest experience and coordinate with upper management.

• Strong people-management and coaching skills.
• Ability to schedule staff efficiently while controlling labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead location growth and profitable operation while upholding culture and values.
• Coach, train, and oversee shifts and Brewistas; manage admin duties.
• Create weekly schedules to balance labor costs and service speed.
• Manage inventory, small wares, and equipment; monitor costs.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and deposits for the stand.
• Develop future leaders and communicate directives from upper management.
