Job summary

7 Brew is seeking a Store Manager for an Artesia stand. You will lead the crew, coach and train staff, oversee admin duties, and report to the Regional Manager. The role requires managing shifts, inventory, and health compliance while ensuring fast service and strong guest experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and developing future leaders in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members. Full-time, with bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle coffee prep, hot liquids, dairy products safely.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Proficiency with ladders and cleaning stock areas.
• Capable of multitasking during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a crew, manage schedules, and control labor costs.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions.
• Provide feedback and develop team members.
• Schedule weekly shifts with cost-aware planning.
• Manage inventory, waste, and COGS with accuracy.
• Handle cash deposits and daily financials.
• Foster team development through meetings and events.
• Delegate tasks and implement directives from management.
• Ensure health compliance and readiness of crew.
