Qualifications

• 4) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 5) Completion of training modules and alignment with brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and run day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and staff.
• Assist with inventory ordering, deposits, and invoice entry.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards store-wide.
• Step into leadership on shift during GM absences.
