Little Caesars in New Bern, NC seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive financial performance, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, guest experience, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The GM will partner with leadership to uphold brand standards, provide staff training, and implement strategies to exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience: GM in food service 3+ years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with POS and retail management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and inventory management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create welcoming environment.
• Hire, train, and supervise store staff to foster a positive culture.
