Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving growth, profitability, and upholding the brand's culture and values. You will lead the crew, coach, train, and oversee/admin duties across all dayparts while reporting to the Store Manager.

This role develops into a Store Manager in 6–12 months, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining food safety, guest experience, and team culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred and ability to develop others.
• Capable of managing 35+ hour weeks with flexibility for peak times.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew and partner with Store Manager to drive growth and profit.
• Maintain efficient operations, strong customer interactions, and food safety standards.
• Create weekly shift schedules with emphasis on labor cost and customer wait times.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control; ensure proper cash handling.
• Support health inspections readiness and performance feedback across shifts.
• Occasionally assist at other nearby stands as needed.
