Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician who fixes machines behind the perfect cup. You’ll handle two to three service calls daily at commercial coffee accounts, using a multimeter, reading diagrams, and building adapters when needed.

You’ll document every repair with precise notes, manage tickets in ServiceTitan, and explain findings in plain language to customers.

Qualifications

• Two to three service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts.
• Use a multimeter to take voltage, resistance and continuity readings.
• Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to trace faults to their source.
• Write accurate, professional service notes with correct spelling and no slang.

Responsibilities

• Handle two to three service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts.
• Using a multimeter to take readings (voltage, resistance, capacitance).
• Read diagrams to trace faults to source and identify component failures.
• Disassemble/reassemble components with care.
• Reference parts diagrams for part numbers and order needed parts.
• Manage tickets and time through ServiceTitan.
