Nestlé USA is seeking a skilled administrative professional to accurately process commercial coffee equipment orders and manage service programs. The role acts as a central hub for sales support, service escalations, and order management to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics, operations, transportation, or supply chain preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Commercial coffee equipment order validation and processing (SAP).
• Cross-functional coordination to resolve account setup issues impacting orders.
• Create and initiate planned equipment service work orders to service agents (SAP/Outlook).
• Support field sales with equipment and program questions and concerns.
• Resolve order issues (damage, loss, misdirection).
• Act as planned service escalation point.
• Work daily from Team Shared Email boxes.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
