Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or higher preferred.
• Experience in logistics, operations, transportation or supply chain preferred.
• MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel; SAP and Salesforce familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process commercial coffee equipment orders in SAP.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to resolve order issues.
• Create planned equipment service work orders and support field sales.
• Resolve shipment damages, losses, or misdirections.
• Serve as the escalation point for service-related issues.
• Monitor shared email boxes and support other projects as assigned.
• Maintain accuracy and customer satisfaction in order management.
