Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking a hands-on Field Technician to service commercial coffee equipment. You’ll run two to three service calls per day at cafes and hotels, diagnose faults with a multimeter, read electrical and hydraulic diagrams, and fabricate adapters as needed.

Training completed, you’ll receive a company vehicle and work from home base. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision within 90 days, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience in electrical, plumbing or mechanical work.
• Proficiency with a multimeter.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to commercial accounts for 2–3 service calls daily.
• Diagnose faults by reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; build adapters.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with care.
• Document findings in detailed service notes with ServiceTitan tickets.
• Explain findings to customers in understandable terms.
• Test machines post-repair by tasting coffee.
