Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions in Carrollton, TX seeks a dedicated field service technician to service commercial coffee equipment at cafes, hotels, and hospitality sites across the region. You will run two to three service calls daily, diagnose faults, and explain findings in clear terms.

Training leads to a company vehicle and a start-from-home routine. Requirements include hands-on repair experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and comfort using a multimeter.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience (electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Know your way around a multimeter before day one.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform two to three service calls per day at commercial accounts.
• Diagnose faults using electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; adapt as needed.
• Disassemble/reassemble components with precision and care.
• Provide detailed service notes and accurate findings.
• Use ServiceTitan to track time and tickets; communicate with customers clearly.
• Verify machine operation by tasting coffee after repair.
