Responsibilities

• Operates batching equipment to prepare coffee blends according to manufacturing specifications.
• Selects batching bins and initiates batching via computer interface.
• Monitors and adjusts batching parameters for consistency and quality.
• Performs pre-batch checks including weight and blend verification.
• Coordinates with QA to collect and submit batch samples.
• Maintains batch numbers, lot codes, and production times in records.
• Coordinates with line support for materials and packaging times.
• Assists packaging line with timely delivery of batched coffee.
• Troubleshoots basic to moderate batching issues.
• Follows safety and quality protocols, including PPE usage.
