Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking an Observability Strategist to serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise digital transformation. You will bridge deep telemetry with business outcomes, shaping how enterprises measure reliability and customer experience using the Dynatrace platform.

You will partner with C-suite and VP-level leaders to define strategies, scale observability practices, and drive business-aligned transformation across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or enterprise IT advisory.
• 3+ years directly focused on observability, APM, AIOps, or SRE at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Translate telemetry data into business insights tying performance to revenue and user metrics.
• Assess maturity and build transformation roadmaps toward automated, AI-driven operations.
• Deliver executive briefings and strategic workshops for CIOs/CTOs and VP-level stakeholders.
