Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking an Observability Strategist to serve as an executive advisor and technical authority for large-scale digital transformations. You will translate telemetry into business outcomes, partnering with CIOs, VPs, and SRE teams to define and scale modern observability using the Dynatrace platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or enterprise IT advisory.
• 3+ years directly focused on observability, APM, AIOps, or SRE practices at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Advisory & Thought Leadership to translate telemetry into business outcomes.
• Architect Observability Strategy for hybrid/multi-cloud environments and OpenTelemetry adoption.
• Enablement & CoE building to democratize data across development, security, and operations.
• Partner with Dynatrace Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to feed client insights into product strategy.
