Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a senior observability architect to own end‑to‑end Dynatrace architecture across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will lead design, deployment, and integrations of the Dynatrace platform (Managed or SaaS) while defining standards and roadmaps.

The role requires strong communication, executive presentation skills, and extensive Dynatrace experience to enable shift‑left observability and robust monitoring across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Extensive Dynatrace implementations experience.
• Solid design knowledge for Applications and Infrastructure in cloud and on‑prem.
• Dynatrace certification is preferred.
• Canadian permanent resident or citizen.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end observability architecture with Dynatrace across environments.
• Design scalable, secure monitoring and APM architectures.
• Set observability standards and patterns for apps, infra, networks and cloud.
• Translate business needs into Dynatrace platform design and roadmap.
• Lead Dynatrace deployment, configuration, and integrations (Managed/SaaS).
• Architect solutions for APM, DEM, Log Monitoring and Cloud Observability.
• Ensure high availability and scalable Dynatrace deployment.
• Define data organization standards and access controls.
