Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking an experienced Bartender to deliver exceptional Guest service, prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, and maintain bar inventory. You will ensure compliance with liquor laws, handle cash and POS transactions, and train team members on beverage service.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Certified in responsible service of alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service and manage cocktails and beverages.
• Prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks per guidelines with proper garnishes.
• Describe and recommend wine and beer; uphold liquor laws; manage cash and process orders.
