Job summary

Partners for HOME is hiring a part-time Technical Assistance and Training Coordinator in Atlanta. This role focuses on training development and coordination within the Continuum of Care (CoC), aimed at fostering skill-building for service providers. The ideal candidate will have personal experience with homelessness in the area, as well as a passion for the CoC's mission.

While being a part-time, 12-month position, it doesn't come with benefits. Responsibilities include facilitating training, evaluating systems, and participating in CoC committees.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more lived experience of unsheltered homelessness in the City of Atlanta and/or surrounding areas.
• Current member of a CoC workgroup/committee.
• High energy and a passion for the CoC’s mission and goals.
• Previous experience working with the homeless population or housing preferable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and inform trainings produced by Continuum of Care.
• Evaluate training impact for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate role-playing of crisis response with provider staff.
• Assist in onboarding new providers and new staff of providers.
• Participate on 2-3 CoC committees.
