Job summary

The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness is seeking a CAHP Coordinator (Family) to implement the District’s Coordinated Assessment and Housing Placement system in alignment with HUD and local CoC guidelines. The role will support policy development, curriculum creation for CAHP trainings, and data reporting across subsystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human or social services.
• Experience with HMIS or data collection and reporting.
• Strong analytical and data-informed policy skills.
• Advanced computer literacy: Teams, Excel, Access.
• Case management or direct service experience with homeless households.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; public speaking.
• Strong organization and multitasking; detail oriented.
• Familiarity with CAHP systems and SPDAT; collaboration with multiple agencies.
• Experience in facilitating meetings with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Update CAHP policies and manuals and report CAHP performance.
• Lead CAHP system matching processes and maintain HMIS records.
• Develop CAHP trainings and curriculum.
• Coordinate with partner agencies and participate in policy meetings.
• Prepare data reports and monitor subsystem performance.
