Job summary

Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage training logistics, maintain records, and support onboarding nationwide, with Atlanta or Charlotte preferred. The role emphasizes exceptional organization, communication, and collaboration with HR and instructors.

The position is full-time, exempt, requiring 55+ hours weekly, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives concurrently.
• Experience with LMS or similar databases is preferred.
• Experience in training, onboarding, HR, or learning programs is a plus.
• Mortgage/housing counseling or nonprofit background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external training schedules, registrations, classrooms, and logistics.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, agendas, and welcome communications.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules for new employees.
• Support instructors during classroom, virtual, and hybrid sessions.
• Maintain training records, LMS enrollments, and reporting.
• Generate reports on training participation and compliance.
