Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school certification in Robotics.
• Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical/Mechanical Technology preferred; or related manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage COBOTs daily to improve line uptime.
• Evaluate efficiency and reliability of industrial Cobot systems; work with engineering for reprogramming or calibrating to maximize quantity and quality.
• Restart Cobots from full inventory conditions and short cycle stops.
• Perform routine PMs on all equipment as scheduled.
• Troubleshoot and repair Cobots and other equipment to keep production moving.
• Work with engineers and quality associates to ensure end products meet customer standards.
• Assist in implementing Zira work system tablets with engineering to ensure production metrics are recorded.
