Job summary

Robert Bosch Tool Corporation is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support 2nd/3rd shifts in Lincolnton, NC. You will troubleshoot, install, and repair all aspects of automatic, robotic, and CNC machinery, including automated lines, presses, welders, and robots.

The role requires 4+ years in a manufacturing setting with control systems, PLCs, CNCs, and HMIs, plus ability to read prints and schematics and safely work on 480V panels. Robot certification is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in manufacturing with control systems, PLCs, CNC, robots, and HMIs.
• Ability to read prints and schematics for installation and repair.
• Experience with electrical panels up to 480V; safety procedures.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills; customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and repair automatic, robotic, and CNC machinery.
• Support PLC programming, HMIs, and servo controller modifications.
• Teach robot positions and optimize material handling paths.
• Enter work into SAP and support daily continuous improvement.
• Perform mechanical repairs and electrical wiring changes as needed.
