Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and production equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Vacuum furnace maintenance experience is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
- Support PLC troubleshooting, robotics maintenance, and production equipment repairs.
- Complete welding, soldering, and pipe-fitting tasks as needed.
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts.
- Support equipment upgrades, maintenance projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
