Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field; leadership experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day COB operations and team to achieve goals.
• Mentor and develop team members; conduct coaching and performance reviews.
• Act as liaison between frontline staff, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
• Identify process gaps, root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and policies.
• Provide timely escalation handling and customer-focused issue resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to monitor performance and drive improvements.
