Qualifications

• External candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Preference for Associate degree or technical certificate.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Internal candidates must have 60 internal credits of manufacturing-related training or education as outlined for external candidates.
• Endorsement from direct supervisor for a promotion.
• Safety and quality oriented with good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in coating and manufacturing processes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and monitor alarms.
• Conduct basic quality control and use measurement tools.
• Train on tasks after securing certification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain safety standards.
• Assist with maintenance and troubleshoot simple equipment issues.
• Support shift changes with clear communication and reporting.
