Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort is seeking a Program Coordinator in the Recreation department. You will develop, facilitate, and manage a variety of special events and programs across the island, supervising interns and staff during peak summer seasons.

The role focuses on planning and enhancing resort recreation programs, with responsibilities spanning guest services, staff training, and day-to-day operations of the Activity Center.

Qualifications

• Experience in resort or hospitality settings is recommended.
• CPR and First-Aid certification is preferred.
• Strong planning, prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.
• Willing to work a 40-hour week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversees and guides recreation interns with summer programs.
• Plans and executes guest services for holidays and events.
• Communicates with recreation staff on events and procedures.
• Trains new employees and interns as needed.
• Greets visitors at the Activity Center and provides information.
• Manages reservations for recreation activities and maintains supplies.
• Operates the center's retail POS system for guest purchases.
• Attends regular recreation staff meetings and supports team.
