Rnrresortmd is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing initiatives across the resort. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, promotions, events, and on-property marketing efforts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.

The role involves coordinating between Marketing and resort departments, managing project details, maintaining calendars, and moving initiatives from request through completion in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years in marketing, project coordination, communications, hospitality, or related roles.
• Proficient with Canva.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing request process from intake to completion.
• Serve as the daily marketing contact for resort departments.
• Coordinate production of materials with vendors and staff.
• Maintain marketing calendars, deadlines, and project status.
• Prepare recurring campaign reports for the Marketing Manager.
• Assist with events and promotional materials on property.
• Identify information needs for successful promotions.
