Qualifikationen

• Formal training or education in culinary arts.
• One year Cook I experience.
• Strong focus on precision and detail to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation of food.

Aufgaben

• Work all positions and assists kitchen team including pantry and banquet as needed.
• Assist chef with specialty dinners and functions with minimal supervision.
• Develop daily features and special menus with guidance from chef.
• Assist with food requisitions and ordering under chef guidance for budgeting.
• Lead and manage service in the absence of the Sous Chef.
