Pier Rock Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency repairs across units and common areas. You will address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance while ensuring safety and curb appeal.

You will also manage preventive maintenance, respond to resident requests promptly, and participate in on-call rotations for after-hours issues. Beachside community in Navarre, FL offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs in units and common areas.
• Handle plumbing leaks, fixtures, and clogs.
• Repair outlets, switches, and lighting.
• Change HVAC filters and perform minor fixes.
• Service appliances: ovens, fridges, dishwashers, washers and dryers.
• Do carpentry and painting: cabinets, drywall, doors, touch-ups.
