Job summary

Premier-Island-Management-Group is seeking an Unit Evening Maintenance Technician for Portofi on Pensacola Beach, FL. The role involves trade maintenance, unit repairs and common-area upkeep, with coordination of vendor projects.

Hours are 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Thursday through Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. A high school diploma is required; vocational training is preferred to perform electrical, carpentry, plumbing and related tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Vocational training preferred.
• Advanced maintenance skills: basic appliance repairs, minor carpentry, electrical, drywall, painting, plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade maintenance and repairs in units and common areas.
• Perform repairs in units.
• Complex repairs in common areas.
• Assist with tower maintenance and lifestyle center maintenance.
• Special projects.
• Work with vendors and contractors in units and common areas.
