Job summary

Premier Island Management Group is seeking a Unit Evening Maintenance Technician to perform unit and common area maintenance at Pensacola Beach, FL. The role runs 2 PM–10:30 PM, Saturday through Wednesday, with Thursdays and Fridays off.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (vocational training preferred) and advanced maintenance skills including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and painting. Safety and customer service are essential in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; vocational training preferred.
• Advanced maintenance skills: basic appliance repairs, minor carpentry, minor electrical, drywall repairs and finishing, painting, basic plumbing; other maintenance tasks.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written instructions and reports.
• Ability to organize and write reports and work orders; communicate with managers and customers.
• Ability to solve practical problems; interpret instructions in written or oral form.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs in units and common areas.
• Perform repairs in units and complex repairs in common areas.
• Assist with tower maintenance and lifestyle center maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; open doors for vendors as needed.
• Complete records such as maintenance work orders and PM checklists.
