Delta Hotel by Marriott Virginia Beach Waterfront is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily food production, supervise dish and station setup, and train team members for efficiency and quality. Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff and operations.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assign, coordinate, and supervise kitchen set-up and production per recipes.
• Train kitchen associates to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Inspect daily records with Executive or Sous Chef to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and pull daily production items from walk-in and utilize leftovers.
• Provide clear directions to staff, verbally and in writing.
• Attend associates meetings and promote cross-area communication.
• Maintain housekeeping and enforce clean-as-you-go policy.
• Inspect workstations and ensure proper setup for meals.
• Prepare daily production charts.
• Be punctual and available on a regular basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
