Qualifikationen

• Executive Chef with proven leadership in fast-paced hotel kitchens.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety and sanitation.
• Experience in inventory management, scheduling, purchasing, budgeting and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and guest-experience focus.
• Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.

• Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team daily.
• Hire, train, evaluate performance and discipline when needed.
• Set daily priorities and assign tasks for production.
• Review menu specials and provide feedback to Sous Chefs.
• Review banquet event orders and note changes.
• Communicate clearly to staff in writing and verbally.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper receiving and storage.
• Develop new menu items, test recipes, and write specs.
• Monitor food costs and sales; work with Controller.
