Qualifications

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills required for a high-performing culinary team.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, sanitation, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of department policies and ensure staff compliance.
• Lead hiring, training, performance evaluations, and discipline when needed.
• Set daily priorities and assign tasks for kitchen staff.
• Review menu specials and provide feedback to Sous Chefs.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and storage of supplies.
• Ensure staff report to work as scheduled and manage staffing levels.
• Maintain equipment, recipes, production schedules, and plating guides.
• Monitor quality and guest satisfaction through service and kitchen outcomes.
