The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department at Delaware Beaches & Maryland's Eastern Shore. This role offers hands-on executive leadership, a clear path for career growth, and a supportive, performance-driven culture.

You will drive customer satisfaction, coach technicians, manage workflow, and monitor KPIs to ensure repair orders are efficient while maintaining dealership standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in high-volume service operations.
• Solid understanding of dealership systems (DealerTrack experience preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred).
• Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service department operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction, CSI, and retention.
• Coach, train, and develop Advisors and Technicians.
• Manage workflow, productivity, and repair order efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and service metrics.
