Hertrich Family of Dealerships on Maryland's Eastern Shore seeks an Automotive Service Manager to lead a high-volume service department with strong accountability and career growth potential. Lead a team of Advisors and Technicians, drive customer satisfaction, and manage workflow, KPIs, and service metrics while ensuring dealership standards and dealer relationships remain strong.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in high-volume service operations.
• Solid understanding of dealership systems; DealerTrack experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service department operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction, CSI, and retention.
• Coach, train, and develop Advisors and Technicians.
• Manage workflow, productivity, and repair order efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and service metrics.
• Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Build a positive, high-performance service culture.
